Record Your Transaction with Qasir

An organized and accurate transaction record is the key to clear business monitoring. To prevent the loss of a transaction out of your sight, ensure you have it recorded. You also need a transaction receipt for your customer. But how to get it? It's really simple, just follow this steps:

1. How to put product in to the cart

Visit the homepage in the Qasir application, you will see a display of your product catalogue, like this.

Next, choose the product that had been chosen by the costumer include the amount. Then the total price that needs to be paid will appear on that page. 

If the product is original and has no varian, you can directly continue the transaction. However, if the product is a varian of the original product, then you have to choose the varian one. You can also add an additional menu such as topping or add on with the Modifier menu, you have to subscribe the Qasir Pro package with a reasonable price. Find out here

If the order is correct, put it in the cart by pushing the Add to Cart button. Repeat this step for another product.

If there is a product that you haven't add in the catalogue, 

Don’t worry, you can still do a transaction record by using Calculator feature. 

Tap calculator icon on the top right of the screen. Then this display will show up.

On the Description column, enter the name or description of the product. Then enter the price that needs to be paid. This calculation will appear into the ongoing transaction list. 

2. How to check out, manage payment, and print receipt 

If you already put all of your customer's order into the cart, you are able to check out so your customer will find out how much that needs to be paid for their order. 

Pay attention for the steps on the bottom side of the transaction page, you will find a Checkout button with the total price that needs to be paid by the customer. Tap the button, then this display will show up.

Enter the total price that was paid by the customer, the amount of money given, not the total expenditure. This is useful to know how much change that you need to give to your customer. 

To shorten the time, you can also choose some fraction that is already available below. Then push Tender button

If your customer pays cashless 

You are still able to record your transaction, organizedly and accurately, even though the customer pays cashless. Check out these following methods. 

On the Payment page, swipe up until you see the Other Payments display, then choose the compatible one. Then, the transaction will be recorded organizedly as the transaction with the chosen methods.

Continue until the process is finish. If it's done, a display like this will appear. If you want printed transaction, choose Print Receipt. If you prefer sending it digitally, choose Send Receipt. If you need a copy order for kitchen or warehouse staff, you can choose Print Order Ticket.

3. How to find out the latest transaction records.

On the Drawer, choose Transaction History menu, this display will appear. 

If you already enter the Transaction History list, you can see the total daily paid off transaction of your store.

If you want to see product details that are sold in every transaction, you can see it by tapping the transaction. 

If there is no internet connection 

With Qasir, you are still able to process a transaction in offline or without internet connection. Start from putting products into the cart, counting shopping items and change, and making receipts. Your transaction is also saved in your application. But if you want a complete calculation of the transaction history, you will need the internet to synchronize. If you are synchronizing in offline condition, a display like this will appear.

If the network is back to normal and you are able to synchronize, there will be no more offline transaction information in the Riwayat Transaksi page.
